In Spectra 9, we produce class EI30 and EI60 aluminium fire protection components.
The fire protection components in buildings protect people and property as much as possible.
The aluminium fire protection components delimit the various fire sectors or connect the evacuation routes. They are installed wherever prescribed and required.
In the company Spectra 9, all such elements are manufactured in accordance with the Slovenian technical approval, the Certificate of invariability of product properties, issued by the Civil Engineering Institute of Slovenia (ZGPro-1, STS, 1).

The aluminium (alu) integrity windows and doors are made of high quality Schüco profiles, equipped with high quality fittings and glazed with integrity glass according to customer requirements. The integrity windows and doors come in different colours, powder coated or anodized.

Fire resistance is assessed based on criteria such as loss of integrity, insulation, thermal radiation and self-closing. These characteristics are marked on the individual integrity components. In the respective marking, a number indicates the time (in minutes) of the guaranteed resistance to fire, while a letter denotes a specific characteristic:

Schüco ADS 80 FR 30
The aluminium fire protection system for doors and wall units based on the Schüco system meets the widest range of building safety and automation requirements. It features a hollow construction of multi-chamber profiles with a basic depth of 80 mm, ensuring a sensible treatment without fire insulation inserts.

2-leaf door: 2,820 x 2,988 mm
Multifunctional mortise:
Suitable for quick and easy attachment of the system framework. Hidden hinges and built-in door closers available.
Multifunctional door:

Emergency exit door with anti-panic hardware
Emergency exit doors are installed in public and private buildings; they should therefore meet the legally prescribed norms and standards. The manufacturer of the emergency exit door may only perform building installations of doors which have been tested by an external authorized inspection body (e.g. the Slovenian construction body – Zavod za gradbeništvo Slovenije - ZAG) and equipped with the appropriate certificate.
