Drywall lining systems

Drywall systems include industrial and handicraft products for fittings in the final stages of building construction. All work is carried out according to the Knauf and Rigipsin systems, using all types of gypsum plasterboards. We also produce secondary ceilings from mineral panels of the Armstrong and AMF systems, as well as sheet metal ceiling systems, for example the Dampa.

We provide:

  • Gypsum board partition systems,
  • Gypsum board wall panels,
  • Dry raised floors,
  • Secondary flat and cascade ceilings,
  • Attic wall and ceiling panels and
  • External eaves fittings.

Drywall panels

Modern Rigips / Knauf drywall systems are used to replace plastering and other wet construction phases. They provide for an ideal sound and thermal protection of attics, allow for renovating or redesigning living rooms, dividing rooms with partition walls, as well as for optimal insulation and renovation of ceilings and walls. The basic material of drywalls is gypsum, which is very well tolerated by the human body. It is a biologically highly acceptable construction product, as it has the same PH value as human skin, is odourless and harmless. Gypsum boards are warm to touch and offer a feeling of comfort, regulating the air humidity indoors.

The advantages of such construction lie mainly in the speed of execution, the high quality of the thermal and sound insulation, as well as the extraordinary properties of gypsum, which regulates the air temperature in the room.

The gypsum panels meet all technical regulations. Among the basic types of such panels are ordinary, water-repellent and fire-resistant panels, which comply with all standards for the construction of buildings. The panels can be fixed directly to the levelled wall, or attached to a wooden or metal substructure. Drywall producers offer installation systems with finishes and details that ensure the adequate strength and durability. The built-in drywall systems also require proper treatment, i.e. the taping of joints before the painting. They are used for cladding of ceilings and walls on galvanized metal substructures with or without insulation, for the production of partition walls (for piping, in bathrooms, of fire- or soundproof type,...), for cladding of installation channels, beams ands, for attic arrangements, for dry plasters and screeds, as a decorative solution in business and residential premises, etc. In particular, the drywall cladding system is useful if the existing structure cannot be additionally burdened, while the requirements of technical norms and standards for living spaces should be complied with.

Mineral panels

The Armstrong and AMF ceiling systems offer a wide range of technical, functional and aesthetic options. Several variants of fillings from the Armstrong system are in line with the relevant technical requirements, e.g. regarding humidity resistance, sound proofing (absorbing or muting the sound), washability, impact resistance, thermal insulation and fire safety, or as regards the decorative needs (i.e. different textures and materials).

Ceilings are designed according to the customer's wishes, using patterns for a sense of cohesiveness of the space. Options include installing lights, vents, speakers and more in the ceiling system, making it even more sophisticated and functional. Ceilings of this type are useful for covering installation ducts mounted under a concrete slab, or to offer protection against dust and fire.
